Q: Is therapy confidential?
A: Yes — everything you share remains private. The only exception is if there’s a risk of serious harm to the client or others, or to comply with a court order, child abuse, or other illegal activities like drug trafficking or terrorism. in which case we’d discuss next steps together.
Q: What if I don’t know what to say or get emotional?
A: That’s completely okay. Some people come with lists and some don't know where to start, there is no expectations or right/wrong way. — we go at your pace, and emotions are always welcome no judgements at all.
